In today’s tech driven world, people remain the critical advantage. 73% of UK Tech & IT Services employers say they’re struggling to find the skilled talent they need. Hiring expectations in the sector have jumped 22 percentage points since last quarter.
At the same time, the wider geopolitical landscape remains uncertain, and this is influencing how employers plan and pace their hiring. While confidence has strengthened, many organisations are taking a measured approach as they consider how global events may shape demand over the coming months.
