The Experis Academy

A smarter way to build internal capabilities

Experis Academy uses a skills-based hiring approach to identify high-potential individuals based on cognitive ability, motivation, and transferable skills. We then upskill or reskill them through bespoke training programmes co-designed with you. Our consultants are experienced Engineers, IT or industry professionals who have at least 2-3 years’ experience, ensuring they’re ready to integrate quickly and deliver tangible results.

We share all financial responsibility for training costs with our clients.

Our model can include training clients' internal employees alongside delegates for free, ensuring a holistic approach to upskilling and reskilling within organisations.

Dedicated experts, end-to-end programme governance, pastoral care for our worker’s professional and personal needs.

Delegates are assigned to the client for a chargeable 12-month period post-training, with the option for permanent hire thereafter, all at no obligation or conversation costs.
