Based on survey responses from over 13.5K workers across 19 countries, including over 1K from the UK, the report reflects worker sentiment across three indices comprised of 12 distinct benchmarks. Now in its second installment, the Global Talent Barometer stands at 71% in the UK. Despite a decline in job satisfaction, the data reveals a notable rise in workers’ confidence and overall wellbeing.
This robust tool gives workers the opportunity to share how they are feeling about their wellbeing, job satisfaction and confidence at work, while also giving employers much needed insight to understand employee needs and identify best practices to stand out in a competitive talent market.
