Role: Senior Workplace & Collaboration Technology & Cyber Security Specialist
Location: Knutsford or Glasgow - Work from the office 2 days per week
Duration: 6 Months
Day rate: Up to £1000 per day inside IR35
Role Overview: Seeking a strong and influential specialist in Workplace and Collaboration Technologies, with expertise in M365, End User Device Services, and Platforms including VDI. The ideal candidate will possess robust domain security knowledge and the capability to lead and influence technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Leadership:
- Provide expert knowledge in M365, End User Device Services, and Platforms including VDI.
- Lead and influence strategic technology decisions, ensuring they align with security best practices.
- Cybersecurity Integration:
- Demonstrate a strong domain security mindset, integrating security measures across workplace collaboration tools and platforms.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks within the workplace technology environment.
- Liaison Role:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Global Technology (GTIS), fostering effective security partnerships.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to seamlessly integrate security into all services.
- Product and Service Evaluation:
- Lead the evaluation of new products and services, ensuring they meet security standards and organizational needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance workplace collaboration tools and services.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong domain security knowledge in workplace collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Z Scaler, Citrix, MS Windows, and Office 365.
- Extensive experience with M365, End User Device Services, and VDI platforms.
