Workforce Scheduler / Resource / Shift Planner

Fully remote, work from home with IT kit provided. You will have worked in a busy Workforce Scheduler / Resource Scheduler / Shift Planner type role previously. This could be across any industry sector such as medical / healthcare / logistics / transport / facilities etc.

Responsibilities include;
Using automated scheduling systems to create and maintain pending/live staffing schedules, ensuring that the resources required to deliver an operational service are planned and scheduled efficiently;
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal and external customers in relation to rota scheduling, understanding challenges;
Process annual leave, electronic absence system, ensuring sufficient resources are available to deliver operational services;

Undertake a range of administrative duties to ensure a full service provision continues.

Initially an interim / temp role duration circa 3-6 months and salaried roles available for suitable applications.
