My client are looking for a Workday Financials Data Migration Specialist to support their finance systems transformation, involving the transition from a legacy platform to Workday Financials. The project is entering a critical phase focused on data migration and integration, and we're looking for a contractor with solid Workday experience to help navigate some of the more complex challenges.
This role will be fully remote within the UK, and is Outside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the migration and integration of financial data into Workday.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scaleable solutions aligned with business needs.
- Work with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Provide hands on input across Workday modules, data transformation, and scripting.
- Assist with post-implementation support and future system enhancements.
- Help ensure data quality and performance throughout the migration process.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience with Workday Financials, particularly in data integration and architecture.
- Familiarity with migration processes from legacy systems into Workday.
- Experience handling large datasets and complex data flows.
- Background in roles such as Workday Architect, Data Engineer, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges in a dynamic environment.
