We are seeking a Logistics Operative (Contractor) to join a busy warehouse operation, focused on inspection, packing, and final quality assurance of devices before dispatch. This is a key role contributing directly to customer satisfaction and service performance.

Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Quality Assurance
- Verify devices against repair order details (model, build, serial number, asset number)
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure items are in suitable condition for return
- Confirm that all required accessories-such as PSUs-are included
Packing & Labelling
- Securely package devices to ensure safe transit
- Attach all relevant labels and paperwork correctly
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of packaging materials
Workflow & Performance
- Balance Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) and demand‑driven workload priorities
- Work effectively towards personal performance targets (PPT)
- Support the wider team in meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
