Virtualization Engineer with excellent VMware, SDDC, ESXI, vSAN, Vcenter and VMware Validated Designs experience needed for a contract role in Farnham for the next 6 -12 Months on contract.

The client is a well known and rapidly growing consultancy which caters mainly for the MOD and as such is looking to add to the team. The current requirement is a GREENFIELD project in the design phase which needs a hands on technical VMware SME, so somebody that understands VMware to an architecture level but is still very much hands on. You must also have experience in design and implementing said design within virtualisation components. The last must have in terms of experience is working for the MOD, this can be any department but must be MOD. The role will require you to have SC Clearance so you must be SC Clearable however if you have worked in an MOD environment before I'd guess you'd already have this.
Essential Experience:
VMware experience across all datacentre virtualisation technologies
vSphere
Software Defined Datacentre
VMware Validated Designs
VMware Horizon
Excellent understanding of private cloud datacentre architectures
Excellent understanding of configuring and deploying networks
MOD industry (Or experience for a consultancy working on MOD projects)
SC Clearable
