Overview:
Our client, within the Banking Industry, is undertaking a programme of change focused on the adoption of Agile working practices as part of a new Target Operating model. In support of the new target model, there is a need to design and implement Value Streams (and sub value streams).
Key Activities:
- Design Value stream and Sub Value Streams for Risk IT organisation across the Service lines
- Manage the setup of Value Stream/Sub Value Stream target operating Model
- Manage the pilot Value streams and transition to target state
- Managing the reporting of progress, dependencies, risks and Issues
- Responsible to the programme lead to deliver the outcomes
- Working with peers across Risk IT and Transformation and direct team members to resolve challenges
Key Skills and Experience
- Expertise in design of Value Streams and Operating Models
- Expertise in delivering Target Operating Models
- Knowledge of financial institutional structure, products and internal processes
- Extensive experience in successfully delivering programmes of work
- Experience in the use and knowledge of Rally, JIRA and Clarity
- Experience of Agile working practices
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders across the technology teams
- Expertise in managing within complex matrix organisations
