My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced UK Customer Marketing Executive - UK Customer Marketing on a 4 month contract. This role is based Virtual and Inside IR35
This role will be part of the UK Customer Marketing Team and report to the UK Customer Marketing Manager. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Analyst to contribute to business growth in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy for the early engagement customer life cycle.
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Delivering marketing life cycle treatments across the customer tenure through a variety of channels such as e-mail and phone to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Ensuring a high standard of Customer-facing communications consistent with our brand values and Compliance requirements
- Partnering with colleagues in Marketing, Account Sales and Product Management
- Managing tracking and reporting for marketing campaigns
- Driving innovation and thought leadership to develop Customer marketing - identifying & prioritizing new opportunities to drive growth in this segment
- Developing a deep understanding of how to communicate effectively with our customers in a way that inspires action
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven Marketing success ideally in a B2B environment
- A solid understanding of B2B payments
- Demonstrable experience of conversion funnel analysis and analytic problem solving
- Results Oriented
- Relationship management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders within all levels of the organization and agencies
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, proficiency in SFDC is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of successfully keeping multiple initiatives on track and proven project management skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
- Experience of working across teams and building relationships to get work done
