The pay rate on offer is £600 per day.
The role is working for an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.
Summary
It's an exciting time to join the business as it undergoes a major transformation. They are currently refocusing the strategy and transformation plan for Clothing & Home and their Strategy team are at the heart of this, supporting C&H answer the big strategic questions.
As Transformation Manager you will own the transformation plan for the client's Clothing & Home store renewal and space planning function, working closely with the Head of Space & Renewal and Head of Strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Own the transformation plan for C&H's store renewal and space planning function
- Work with teams across the business to build the business case
- Build a phased plan for the programme and identify interdependencies to other transformation workstreams
Key skills
- Retail experience is preferable
- Someone who can effectively problem solve and work semi-independently
- Strong influencer who can work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and poise in presenting to management
- Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality
- Intellectually curious, high energy and resilient
