Experis are currently looking for individuals with sales experience who'd be interested in a career in recruitment. This is a great opportunity to earn uncapped commission in a sales focused environment. You will be working with an established team on your own vertical market building your business and taking responsibility for the business development of your technical vertical.
We will give you all of the training you need to make it as well as access to great technology platforms and advanced search and match systems.
The relevant candidate will have the following experience:
- Strong customer sales experience
- Recruitment experience would be an advantage but not needed
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- A strong entrepreneurial approach to business
- Experience of telephone sales
- A high level of resilience
- Be highly ambitious
- Be used to working in a sales role from home
This is a highly demanding role with a steep learning curve. You will be given a lot of training but be expected to perform to a high standard from an early point. As with all recruitment jobs this role will demand a lot of your time and is not a 9-5 position. However the rewards in this role are definitely worth it and can be life changing to those who perform to a high level.
