A Test Manager is required to drive out the test strategy and implement
a comprehensive testing framework for a Product/delivery.
*Experience in developing, formulating/reviewing Test Strategies for New Products
*Experience in writing, reviewing and implementing Test Plans for New Products
*Experience in implementing automated testing
*Prepare / review / present test reports.
*Analyze test results and test metrics.
*Analytical and problem solving capability
*Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
*Experience in Agile methodology and tooling such as JIRA and Confluence
Requirements :
*5+ years of relevant work experience
*Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language
*Proficiency in written and spoken English
*Coordination and leadership skills
