Day rate: £650 - £760 per day inside ir35 (dependent on experience)
Role and responsibilities
- Portfolio Management will be working on Integration projects.
- Management and delivery of product roadmap (deliverable and milestone commitments)
- Management of business case budgets (end to end forecasting and management of spend within budget) - including management of capital allocation with business counterparts for subsequent years budgeting
- Management of delivery resources (program, project managers) and capacity management, ensuring a consistent delivery and reporting approach
- Alignment/adoption of company/technology-wide agile processes and best practices
- Prioritisation of service remediations alongside feature delivery by working with Product Owners, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders to articulate impact to ongoing productivity, maintainability, supportability, or cost
- Close engagement with the architecture teams to ensure product capabilities are designed in line with the strategic end-state architecture and NFRs are built into the delivery plans
- Diligently monitor and track infrastructure spend whilst maintaining excellent hygiene to keep costs within the OPEX budgets
- Track and actively manage flow of work into the engineering squads avoiding/mitigating unplanned work which could impact sprint commitments
- Provide commitments in the quarterly planning cycles by working with the Product Owners, Project Manager, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders to prioritise, validate and estimate quarterly deliverables
