This role is almost like a Business Analyst role but it's more into the Technical side who understands technical architects, can analyse infra and propose new solutions. They should also know Firewall ruleset, internal CAB approval process and Vodafone or Quicksilver infra on network and firewall.
Identity management & EUS as well.
