The client is a rapidly growing consultancy working with government departments all over the UK and after being awarded a large project they require a contractor to join the team. You will need to be someone who can engage with the service architects and engineers and be able to understand the end-to-end system architecture and then develop the service management processes and tools to support the system. The role will be focused on ITIL so previous strong experience there will also be a must as well as current active SC Clearance.
