Technical and Compliance Manager
Location - London
Salary - £39,877 + London Allowance + Benefits
An exciting opportunity for a Technical and Compliance Manager to join the commercial and Estates Services department based in the organisation Headquarters of a Public services department.
The Role:
Based in the organisations HQ in London you see yourself form part of commercial and Estates Services team within a large Government organisation consisting of 5000 staff members.
Reporting to the Senior Project Sponsor the role will see you tasked delivering a professional technical and compliance advisory and compliance capability in respect of all property related matters, including maintenance, refurbishment, alterations and new build across all Divisions.
You will act as Senior Systems Owner/Manager whilst providing technical support in the day to day management of the Estates and Facilities Team
Skills required:
- Qualified Building Surveyor (or working towards)
- NEBOSH National General Cert
- 2 Years practical Safety Management experience
- Good communication - verbal and written
To be considered for the role candidates must:
- Have resided and worked in the UK for 5 years or more
- Have not spent more than 6 months overseas in one trip
