My Edinburgh based client are looking to add Customer Service Team Leads to their ever-growing team. They are a fast growing energy supplier based in Edinburgh, supporting customers across the UK. With an amazing back story and ethical stance, this is a great company offering the opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join on a permanent basis.

If you have 2/3 years of Team Lead experience and looking for a new opportunity, this could be for you. They are looking for someone who puts emphasis on coaching and development with a real passion for bringing the very best out of team members. This role will also offer you the chance to get involved with new projects and take ownership of the role.

Experience required:

  • Team management, continually supporting the team through 1-1's, setting targets and outlining career paths.
  • Communicating with management
  • Supporting with training, coaching and development opportunities
  • Supporting the team with complaints.
