If you have 2/3 years of Team Lead experience and looking for a new opportunity, this could be for you. Experience required:
- Team management, continually supporting the team through 1-1's, setting targets and outlining career paths.
- Communicating with management
- Supporting with training, coaching and development opportunities
- Supporting the team with complaints.
