Experience required
- The candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise level consulting experience
- Hands-on customer consulting delivery experience on Microsoft 365 Technologies with an emphasis on enablement of digital transformation and employee experience
- Desired experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Viva Insights
- Be able to articulate the value of Microsoft Viva Insights (built on Workplace Analytics and MyAnalytics) to customers.
- Ability to guide customers through defining business problems and goals, and align them to Viva Insights capabilities
- Discuss the use of Workplace Analytics to generate quick insights using queries and PowerBI templates
- Significant experience designing and managing large O365 environments and Modern Workplace solutions (specifically SharePoint Online, Yammer, Teams, Viva, Workplace Analytics, MyAnalytics, Power BI, etc.) including migrations, integration, and deployment.
- Architecture and Design experience on Large Complex Enterprise solutions including Modern Work solutions
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem preferred
- Experience or specialization in Adoption and Change Management preferred
- Demonstrated capability to develop partner sales and consulting solutions and offers
Architecture design experience required - understanding of process, methods and tools
- Working knowledge of the client partner ecosystem preferred
- End to end involvement and view - prepare partners preparing for the possible solution (sales, consulting) and build the solution
50-50 distribution between pre-sale and technical building
- Guidance and coaching - not actually doing coding or development (checking what's their audience, their needs, how to address them, the experience, challenges…)
- How to make that happen through VIVA - technical background, guide partners through the build (IPAs, how to connect the solution with teams…)
