My leading client is looking a Sustainability Analyst ideally with experience in the construction or house building environment who can assist with the delivery of a Sustainability Framework by assessing, analysing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and measuring a programme of initiatives - to develop a Net Zero Transition Plan.


You will be tasked with reviewing and analyse sustainability technologies and solutions. Conduct detailed feasibility studies and make practical recommendations for adoption and operation. Support and coordinate the sustainability team's programme of activities. Develop project plans, feasibility and technical analyses, and financial business cases for operational implementation. Develop KPIs and performance management reports in line with our sustainability strategy. Collaborate with Group and Divisional functions to monitor and measure the impact of initiatives.


Key Skills

  • Construction / House Builder
  • Background construction / sustainable supply chains.
  • Power BI Analystics
  • Development of corporate sustainability strategies across a broad range of issues including biodiversity, waste, social mobility, human rights, greenhouse gas reporting and transition plan creation and evaluation.
  • Numerate with strong analytical skills, and able to produce high quality reports and materials autonomously.
  • Experience of TCFD reporting.
