Job Title: SuccessFactors Test Specialist
Location: Remote with Occasional travel to team meetings in Bracknell
Length: 8+ months
Rate: £450 (via umbrella)
Summary
Experis are currently working with Fujitsu on a high priority project with ideally an immediate start. This is an internal global project working on the implementation of SuccsesFactors and requires the successful candidate to have experience in building and testing internal frameworks, Java skills and a strong ability to communicate to various stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills (Candidate must have all):
SuccesFactors
Highly Desirable Skills:
- 5 years plus of testing experience
- Strong SuccesFactors experience
- Java
- Built and tested test frameworks
- Good all round competent tester
- Senior tester who can deputise for the Test Manager
- Experience of managing people and projects
Desirable Skills:
- Understand requirements for testing and agree testing scope with stakeholders
- Be accountable for the delivery of testing activities within budget and timescale
- May have accountability for management of a test team
- Create test plan documents or test strategy for projects, that address the requirements and mitigate the risks of the solution under test
- Organise test materials, environments, tools and resources required to deliver the planned testing activities and co-ordinates the delivery of testing against the schedule
- Report test progress, risks and test incidents and collect test measurements and metrics
- Undertake bid and pre-sales activities where appropriate
