Job Title: Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement
PAY rate is £11.50 to £16.50ph depending on experience
Location: Leicester UK
Essential Responsibilities:
* Manage supplier activities including:-
- Communicating changes in parts and documentation required to ensure deliveries are maintained to the business.
- Placement and management of purchase orders to meet production and internal stakeholder requirements.
- Negotiate cost savings with suppliers
* Support the procurement team with system maintenance in SAP
* Provide tracking for key projects communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Previous Purchasing experience preferable
* Strong prioritization skills, process mindset and analytical skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent working knowledge of MS office tools, in particular Excel
* SAP experience beneficial
