Job Description:
Task:
* Discover, analyse, and develop an approach to coordinate the use of delivery environments (dev, test, not prod) across a collection of Products (services) used to deliver the Cerberus capability.
* This will involve understanding what processes are currently in place to support Continuous Test, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery, and an appreciation of the problems that currently exist.
* Identify key issues around the use of test data and propose how real or synthetic data could be used to identify and/or resolve defects earlier in the delivery process.
* Research and design of a dedicated end-to-end test environment to hold production/real data.
* Develop an approach to harmonise current ways of working, accelerate delivery, and resolve or mitigate the problems discovered.
* Support the client test team as they develop an end-to-end performance test strategy and plan.
Output:
* An overview of the current situation (As Is) and the planned situation (To Be)
* A proposal for how the Products could be enhanced to minimise the defects experienced by the Live system,
* Activities/tasks including prioritisation
* Outline plan to deliver the benefits
