The RPA Solution Architect has the key role in defining and delivering robotic automation projects. Skills/Experience Required
Ideal skill set:
* Track record of presenting complex ideas in a straight-forward way to senior business
people
* Track record of identifying the root cause of business issues and identifying practical
and innovative ways of using process automation to solve them
* Strong background in client-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management.
* Experience in delivering using Agile (preferably SCRUM and associated with the
Government Service Design Manual)
* Hands-on experience in delivering a solution from inception through to production
with the ability to govern to design
* Experience across a wide range of technologies including RPA Vendors, Microsoft
Windows Server, SQL Server, Cloud, API integration, Intelligent Automation, Machine
Learning and cloud based delivery, and be hands on with these technologies when
required
* Passion for keeping up to date with technologies and market trends in a dynamic, fast
growing industry
* Experience in guiding and mentoring developers
* Software engineering/development background.
And as a person you will have:
* A proven track record of delivering complex or cutting edge solutions within the IT
industry
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients to establish
requirements in non-technical language
* Able to translate business requirements into plausible technical solutions for
articulation to other development staff
* The ability to run with multiple customer engagements in parallel
* A proactive personal drive and collaborative attitude
* Flexibility to travel
* SC Clearance (or, at a minimum, eligibility for clearance)
