* Working experience in Design and Architecting frameworks/solutions in banking domain
* Experience in cards/payments domain
* Good understanding of API design framework and Microservices
* Experience of working in Agile Scrum model and documenting detailed application specifications
* MuleSoft Integration knowledge is a plus
* Understanding of Cloud & DevOps principles
* Team leadership and mentoring experience
* Analytical and consulting skills
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
* Be able to work with customers independently
