Solution Analyst
Remote - Birmingham office
Up to £60k DOE + 10% Bonus
We are looking for a client-facing Solutions Analyst to join their expanding systems integration team. In this role, you will be essential in connecting their clients' needs with their tech team's capabilities.
Our client specialise in providing the latest ERP, data and cloud technologies for a multitude of clients across the UK and Ireland with plans to expand further including the US. They are also on an exciting journey, building their own systems and platform for their customers.
You should be confident in leading customer workshops, providing strategic advice to management, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure high-quality results.
This role will suit a Technical Business Analyst, 'Junior' Solution Architect and/or Engineer looking to move into more of an Architectural role.
Required Skills:
- Skilled in leading business process mapping, requirements gathering, functional design, and data mapping/migration projects
- ERP integration experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in system integration projects and digital transformation efforts
- Capable of working with technical teams to develop customized data models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multi-disciplinary remote teams effectively
The package includes very good benefits including a 10% bonus.
This is remote role with travel to client sites and their Birmingham office (1-2 days per month)
