Required Skills:
- ***Must be a UK National with minimum 5 years unbroken residency***
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow infrastructure and architecture
- Experience with IT service management and ITIL principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills:
- Holding experience of working within the UK Public Sector
- Experience of applying your job role skills for critical national infrastructure for the UK
- Experience of communication / telco systems
- Experience of working with the UK emergency services
- Experience of (or a desire to) work within an eco system team - IBM will be leading different suppliers as part of this engagement
- Certification in ITIL or IT service management
- Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and security
