Job Title: ServiceNow Employee Center Pro Implementation


We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow developers/technical consultants to lead our Employee Center Pro implementation. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Employee Center Pro, HRSD, and ITSM, and a proven track record of successful implementations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Employee Center Pro solutions for IT and HR
  • Migrate from custom Service Portal / ESC portal to Employee Center Pro
  • Analyze and understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, and widgets
  • Conduct technical workshops and create technical designs
  • Recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including Employee Center Pro, HRSD, and ITSM
  • Proven experience in implementing Employee Center Pro for IT and HR
  • Experience in migrating from custom Service Portal / ESC portal to Employee Center Pro
  • Strong ability to analyze and understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, and widgets
  • Proven ability to run technical workshops, create technical designs, and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
