Job Title: ServiceNow Employee Center Pro Implementation
We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow developers/technical consultants to lead our Employee Center Pro implementation. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Employee Center Pro, HRSD, and ITSM, and a proven track record of successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Employee Center Pro solutions for IT and HR
- Migrate from custom Service Portal / ESC portal to Employee Center Pro
- Analyze and understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, and widgets
- Conduct technical workshops and create technical designs
- Recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including Employee Center Pro, HRSD, and ITSM
- Proven experience in implementing Employee Center Pro for IT and HR
- Experience in migrating from custom Service Portal / ESC portal to Employee Center Pro
- Strong ability to analyze and understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, and widgets
- Proven ability to run technical workshops, create technical designs, and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
