Role overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Operational Resilience and ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational resilience and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules focused on Operational Resilience and GRC.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including scripting, workflows, and UI design.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow GRC and Operational Resilience modules.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Operational Resilience and GRC.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, integrations, and data management.
- Experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management).
- Understanding of operational resilience principles and how to apply them within the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- ServiceNow certification(s) in GRC or related areas is a plus.
