* 5+ years experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, CMDB and CSDM
* Experience designing and building CMDB data models aligned to CSDM best practice framework.
* Experience working with client stakeholders to build service maps for critical business services in ServiceNow CSDM
* Experience running design workshops, creating data models
