Role description
As a ServiceNow Architect specialising in HRSD, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance employee experiences and streamline HR processes.
Skills
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and HRSD module
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
