- Architect level roles required to drive this initiative and should have significant implementation experience and expert within these process areas and on the SN platform.
- Ability to drive process workshops, and look outside the box, be creative and innovative.
- Transformation Project for Incident/Problem/Change Management
- Must have significant exposure to the applications on ServiceNow.
