Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager (working from home)

Looking for a commercially aware Service Delivery Manager. The SDM must have Agile experience and have managed complex technical IT environments with multiple 3rd Party Suppliers. You will be responsible for IT Operations and Dev / Ops, hence the need for Agile experience. Must have strong relationship management skills, do not apply if you do not have it please. Must have implemented and managed Incident, Problem and Change management and also done some Service Design. Ideally someone who has delivered to challenging SLAs / KPIs, a natural in front of a customer and someone who can manage demanding internal stakeholders. Anyone who has strong Stakeholder Management experience would excel in this role. At home managing project managers and business people as well as technical people.. You will NOT have a team under you but will be accountable for projects and service delivered into internal and external stakeholders. Any exposure to Shared Service environments would be of benefit.

The role is based in Central London and you must be prepared to travel to the office one day a week.
