My telecommunications service provider are looking to add 2 new team members to their support team. This team provides support across corporate customers end users to process their requests for mobile services with global vendors.

You will be joining a team of 5, and should be someone who is detail orientated and enjoys following a process. You will ideally have a background in mobility or similar technical support, have a positive telephone manner and enjoy working within a fast paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable name in this space, as well as gain access to training and development. There is long term progression opportunities within this team and the wider business, and you will be representing some global names on a daily basis.

Although this client are based in Edinburgh, this role can be done remotely even after the conclusion of the pandemic so remote applications are welcome but must be UK based.
