Service Designer

Location: London - required onsite on an ad hoc basis

We are actively looking to secure a talented and motivated Service Designer to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Service Designer to design the end-to-end journey of a service. This helps a user complete their goal and government deliver a policy intent. In this role, your work may involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels provided by different parts of government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be trusted to make good decisions
  • Recognise when to ask for further guidance and support
  • Contribute to the development of design concepts
  • Interpret evidence-based research and incorporate this into your work
