Service Designer
Location: remote
- Design the end-to-end journey of a service
- Document the service so that both internal and external parties can actually understand how the service works
- your work may involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content
- Engage with projects/ BAU UK change plan projects to provide governance and advise with service transition
- Template, where missing, any useful documentation for ITSM teams
- Raise any service risks or issues and assist in their mitigation
- Assist BAU ITSM functions in articulating their scope
- Ensure Support models are in place and tested
- Report on progress of service integration
- Manage any improvement activities required
- Use the High-Level technical design document and map the underpinning technology to the business process steps
- Produce an operational handbook for the new service delivered by the project
- Report on progress to leadership team
- Provide relevant documentation for associated ITIL processes
