Service Designer

Location: remote

  1. Design the end-to-end journey of a service
  2. Document the service so that both internal and external parties can actually understand how the service works
  3. your work may involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content
  4. Engage with projects/ BAU UK change plan projects to provide governance and advise with service transition
  5. Template, where missing, any useful documentation for ITSM teams
  6. Raise any service risks or issues and assist in their mitigation
  7. Assist BAU ITSM functions in articulating their scope
  8. Ensure Support models are in place and tested
  9. Report on progress of service integration
  10. Manage any improvement activities required
  11. Use the High-Level technical design document and map the underpinning technology to the business process steps
  12. Produce an operational handbook for the new service delivered by the project
  13. Report on progress to leadership team
  14. Provide relevant documentation for associated ITIL processes
