Service Designer
12 Months with likely extension
Remote with travel when required to London or Telford
Up to £520 per day via an Umbrella company
My client, a market leading multi-national technology company are looking for a Service Designer, to join them on a customer project. The assignment is an initial 12 month contract and can offer a competitive daily rate.
Skills required:
Service design including developing personas,
Understanding complex as-is business processes,
Writing needs statements / user stories.
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate or lead client workshops.
Experience of working with a dev/config team to take user stories/requirements through the product lifecycle.
Experience working with a services provider.
Experience working in a multi-vendor environment, facing off to stakeholders from 3/4 organisations simultaneously.
