Our Health Care client are looking for an experienced Service Design Architect to assist with an alpha project looking into approaches to digital and technology standards.
The Role
Our client has committed to look at how spend controls and standards could be adapted for local health and social care organisations. There are many ways they could work with the sector to do this and they need to design and test different options.
Our client are looking to run an alpha to test different approaches, to inform beta proposals and subsequent beta delivery.
Key Skills and Experience
Experience of a wide range of service design methodologies for articulating and validating concepts and seeking buy-in from different audiences.
Experience of using service design and/or research insights to identify and prioritise options and to shape longer-term strategy and delivery plans
Experience of applying the principles of user-centred design in a policy development context
Demonstrate understanding of the NHS in England gained via experience working with health or care services.
