The Service Design & Transition team handles requests for transition from a variety of sources, ranging from large-scale group initiatives through to smaller departmental projects. In order to ensure that we can support new services appropriately every project, regardless of size, follows our Service Design& Transition methodology.
There is a need for an analyst to face off to work on a variety of projects. Their primary objective will be to deliver outcomes that can be supported and operated by BAU following successful project delivery, and to manage risks and issues during the transition to live.
- Responsible for the Service Assurance, Design and Transition of key ITIL processes within the Network Services platform
- Streamlining clearly defined proformas and RACIs for future target operating model
- Contributing to the delivery of value-add efficiencies within the Network Services platform, enhancing capability by identifying and driving service improvements across the platform
- Gaining knowledge and experience of Agile best practice whilst working within an IT Service Assurance and CI governance framework
