Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager (Infratructure Services)

Looking for a commercially aware Service Delivery Manager. The SDM must have ITIL qualifications and have managed complex technical IT environments with multiple customers and 3rd Party Suppliers. You will be responsible for Cloud Services (AZURE / AWS/ Goggle cloud) and / or Networks and Connectivity Services so an experience managing those is expected. MUST have strong relationship management skills, do not apply if you do not have it please. Must have implemented and managed Incident, Problem and Change management and also instigated and owned Service Improvement Plans. Ideally someone who has delivered to challenging SLAs / KPIs, a natural in front of a customer and someone who can manage demanding internal stakeholders. I am looking for someone who has Infrastructure bias Anyone who has strong Stakeholder Management experience would excel in this role. At home managing project managers and business people as well as technical people.. You will NOT have a team under you but will be accountable for projects and service delivered into internal and external stakeholders. Any exposure to Shared Service environments would be of benefit.
