Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate systems management, focusing on performance and scalability while reducing manual toil.
  • Design and manage cloud architectures, ensuring high availability, top performance, and reliability.
  • Optimize systems for performance and scalability, automating infrastructure and eliminating manual work.
  • Ensure all services and solutions adhere to InfoSec policies and are industrialized for consumption.
  • Conduct research and development to enable delivery, operations, and infrastructure teams.
  • Enable self-service consumption of features and functions.
  • Participate in engineering and applications operations.
  • Design cost-effective solutions, measuring and tracking value at key delivery points.
  • Drive onboarding and adoption of core automation tools, services, and apps.
  • Contribute to and promote our DevOps and Technical Communities.
  • Work in a data-driven environment to set, monitor, and achieve ambitious quality goals.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Deep understanding of performance monitoring and web application profiling.
  • Extensive experience integrating logging, monitoring, and alerting technologies.
  • Skills in configuration management via Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or others.
  • Knowledge of Internet infrastructure services, including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, server virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Proven history of automating operations processes and troubleshooting live production environments.
  • Driven approach to continually improving service levels.
  • Experience with DNS and Content Distribution Networks (Akamai is highly desirable).
  • Extensive experience deploying technology solutions across cloud-native platforms.
  • Fluency in high-level programming languages like Java, Python, Go, Ruby, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of data platforms, including Apache, Kafka, Solr, Redis, MySQL, Cassandra, Hadoop.
  • Experience with microservices architectures.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

What We Offer:

At our core, we believe in empowering our team to shape the future:

  • Freedom to define your future and ours, with the power to take risks, experiment, and explore.
  • Inclusive, diverse culture where every contribution is valued.
  • Collaboration with some of the world's best minds.
  • Endless opportunities to progress within our global business.
  • Pride in delivering promises that improve lives.
