About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Import/Export Shipping Controller to join a FTSE 250 International company who specialise in components and sub-systems for the Aerospace, Defence and Energy markets.
Using your experience within a Shipping Admin/Control environment you will, execute the import, export and shipping of products, prepare the shipping and invoicing documentation including allocation, labelling etc and assist and deputise when appropriate for the Team in all aspects of internal customer interface and team task execution.
You will create, maintain and store regulatory documentation, create export documentation, coordinate with transportation providers to achieve delivery dates and generate daily shipping reports. You will allocate materials to support delivery requirements produce labels, track dispatches and liaise with customer regarding delivery queries.
