The Job
A leading defence technology company are looking for a Project Controls specialist who will be responsible for the delivery of project controls within a dynamic team. Working closely with the Programme Manager in a leadership role they will ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency is developed across the business.
Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of positive engagement with project and programme managers and other key delivery partners
Delivery of the project controls outputs, to agreed standards in support of customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash and sales
Ensuring project controls team members operate in line with the Operating Framework
Maintenance of all appropriate reporting needs in support of project and programme delivery
Application of governance requirements such as lifecycle, project and independent reviews.
Requirements
Previous experience within Project Controls
Competency with SAP, MS Projects and Excel
Experience in Stakeholder management
People Management skills with a strong desire to manage and develop other people.
