Senior Early Careers Lead.
Contract is an initial 3 months with potential to extend to 6 months.
Location: Reigate (Working From Home options available)
About the role:
- Facilitation of performance-based hiring decision meetings with business stakeholders
- Effective collaboration with global HR partners regarding global Early Career recruitment data, and Full-Time Analyst training programme participation for International region participants
- Management of School-Leaver Apprenticeship recruitment campaign and partnership with external training vendor on recruitment and onboarding
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience running early careers programmes
