The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid remote working).

The pay rate on offer is £400 - £500 per day.

The duration of the contract is 4 months initially (potential for temp to perm).

The client is a large, multinational high-street retailer.

Summary

This role is for a CRM marketing lead for the Bank & Services team. There is a big project to deliver, around moving a paper-based 3 monthly loyalty voucher scheme to a digital format.

Key accountabilities of the role

  • CRM lead for the Bank & Services team
  • Facilitation of the current paper-based loyalty scheme - ensuring vouchers are sent out on time via mail on schedule
  • Day to day running of the CRM schedule
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the business (Food and Clothing & Home), and build relationships with broader CRM teams
  • Work on customer segmentation
  • Translate data into marketing strategy

Key skills and experience

  • Strong digital and CRM experience within marketing
  • Retail and/or digital loyalty experience is preferred
  • Suits an extroverted character - works collaboratively with various teams, and involves liaising with many different areas of the business
