Initial Contract: 6-7 months, with potential extension for 6 months

Location: UK

Start Date: Ideally within 3-4 weeks

Salary: £669.5 per day

Requirements to Travel: Full-time remote with no travel requirement

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving transformations change within our clients organisation. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the team in rewiring processes and implementing new technologies to support our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop change management strategies.
  • Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including regional VPs, to communicate change objectives and gain buy-in.
  • Develop and deliver change management plans, including training programs and communication strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of change initiatives, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working at Unilever is essential.
  • Proven understanding and experience in managing finance/procurement programs, with a solid grasp of relevant processes and terminologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong change management skills, with a track record of successfully implementing finance technology and process improvements.
