Senior Change Manager

Experience of large scale change and Adkar processes in a corporate environment is expected. This is a pivotal role within the organisation so they may be flexible on the salary.
Full business change plans - Incorporating Business deliverables, communication plans, business readiness, training, benefits realisation, risk and de-risk strategy, go no-go's, business testing, business unit responsibilities and technical dependencies. Senior stakeholder management is key to this role. Experience in delivering in Financial Services or Legal Sector is ideal. Some of the projects are underpinned by IT but most are not. Must have worked in challenging fast paced ever changing environments.
