Senior Business Analyst - hybrid role

Overview
I am working with a large organisation operating across the United Kingdom who are in the early stages of a major upgrade to their CRM system which services 1000+ end users. They require a Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record carrying out business analysis of agile software development teams and working across a multi-discipline environment working with end users, business change managers and software development and testing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business needs and system requirements
- Act as the product owner for multiple products across one or more Scrum teams
- Working with the development team and Product Manager to define cost-effective and high-quality solutions which meet the business need.
- Creation of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, including the definition of business/system requirements and UI wireframes.
- Documenting 'As is' and 'To be' business processes and system flows.
Essential:
- Strong experience in Business Analysis, ideally within a software development or/and enterprise-level systems environment.
- Experience acting a Product Owner in the delivery of large complex software projects using agile methodologies across internal cross functional teams.
- Understanding of end-to-end project and software development lifecycles with particular experience in working in Agile delivery.
- Experience of using structured BA methodologies and techniques, including business process modelling.
- Strong analytical skills - able to absorb large amounts of detail whilst not losing sight of the big picture.
