Client Overview:
Our client is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
Responsibilities:
- Support design of technology operating model
- Support design of location strategy and vendor strategy for a global function
- Conduct workshops and meetings with divisional leads and experts to close operating model design open questions
- Build detailed presentations and documents to support decisioning at design authority
Key Experience Required:
- Experience of supporting business change/transformation programmes
- Experience of working in financial services industry
- Experience of working in target operating model design and implementation programme
- Previous consulting experience preferred
- Experience of designing location or partner strategy
