๐Ÿ“ Location: London or Dublin, hybrid (75% remote)

๐Ÿ—“Start date: ASAP - 18 month contract

Experis are working with a Global Tech giant who are seeking a Senior Administrator to support with key administrative functions as well as executive level responsibilities in the business. They are seeking someone who is able to adapt to a fast paced environment with fantastic time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior Calendar management
  • Travel management - plan both domestic and international itineraries
  • Creation of expense reports and ensure team comply to expense policy
  • Work closely with Business Services on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with the RVP's calendar and prioritise commitments
  • Planning, managing and scheduling of events and meetings
  • Budget Management
  • Adaptable administrative support to a variety of areas such as supporting different teams when required, new recruitment needs, new starter onboarding, procurement/management of equipment, space/headcount management etc
  • LT & team admin support when required.
  • Work on special projects as needed


  • 3+ years senior level business administrator experience
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel (competent with Pivot Tables)
  • Strong organizational, planning, time management, project management
  • Event management skills
